The Purpose of the United Methodist Women shall be a community of women whose purpose is to know God and to experience freedom as whole persons through Jesus Christ; to develop creative fellowship; and to expand concepts of mission through participation in the global ministries of the church.

The UMW of Stow United Methodist Church invite women of all ages to join them in fellowship and participate in the many activities through the year. Our meetings are once each month (babysitting provided on request) and consist of a variety of interests:

Inspirational Speakers Crafts and Games Fun and Fellowship

All-Daughters Dinner Christmas Tea Mission / Community Work

The UMW is also involved with mission projects:

Hope Homes Briarwood Battered Women Shelter Open M Haven of Rest

Supporting Conference projects Funeral Dinners Youth Camps
